Moin, Tushar and I used our latest meeting to try Raku, located on Marietta Street across from Georgia Tech. As you can see, the exterior is extremely low key. Inside, the space is large and welcoming. The writing on the ceiling is love poems, we were told. Service was extremely courteous and friendly.
Tushar had the bibimbop, Moin had the udon (I think), and I had ramen with pork slices. Everyone enjoyed their food. My broth was excellent, probably a chicken base with perhaps some tofu. The noodles were also excellent---their texture was a perfect balance of soft and chewy and they held the broth flavor very well.
