Vevey, Switzerland: Laderach Chocolatier Suisse

One of our conference events featured walk-around food. Since this was Switzerland, chocolate was naturally a feature. Our chocolates came from Laderach in Vevey. They are a bean-to-bar producer who grinds their own chocolate beans and processes the chocolate themselves. They hand-dipped some milk chocolate truffles for us---creamy and subtly rich.
