I've passed by Bo Bo Garden many times and finally made the stop to check it out. The interior makes good use of its corner location with lots of space. The menu, like that of many Buford Highway establishments, makes relatively few concessions to American tastes---it includes variety meats and the occasional frog.
I went with the green beans and pork, which I greatly enjoyed. The pork and its gravy were savory and satisfied my protein hunger. The green beans were tender and not overcooked, with a nice snap to contrast the meat.
I also caught a glimpse of their fried chicken. Its very crispy coating looked delicious.
