Just as we were leaving to go to the Taipei airport, we spotted Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake. Of course I had to try it. How could I pass up Taipei cheesecake? So many Taiwanese have lived in the U. S. that the concept makes a lot of sense. But the proof is in the pudding, or more precisely the cheesecake.
I took one of these little babies with me on the plane. It was very enjoyable, rich and creamy. It suffered only a little from the handling. Good job, Uncle Tetsu!
