I wanted a snack before I boarded my airplane at Taipei airport. A little walking led me to a treat that was both tasty and a local treat. This restaurant---I don't know the name---served tofu pudding with tapioca pearls and a variety of mixins.
U ordered a cold pudding with peanuts. Warm puddings with other mixing were also an option. My choice was a wonderful bit of comfort food to start my journey: creamy, slightly sweet, just filling enough.
