I had a very satisfying dinner at La Hacienda Ranch. It's a local chain; as you can see, it has a fairly touristy vibe. It lays claim to having invented the frozen margarita.
Here is the very ample spread for my lite fajitas. The main dish included chicken along with mixed vegetables: onions, green peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms. Everything came out properly sizzling and tasted very good. The salsa was great: smoky and just hot enough.
