My friends and I visited one of our favorite restaurants in Karlsruhe, Germany. I noticed that the menu highlighted their Nebraska beef. That settled my choice of entree.
German baking is wonderful. Dinner started with this excellent bread.
An amuse bouche helped ready us for the main course.
My Nebraska rib was, naturally enough, excellent.
I finished off this sumptuous meal with a creme brulee. Good friends and good food make for a great dinner. Thanks to the staff at Hasen!
