A beautiful day plus a lack of propane for my stove led me to explore dinner options in Crawford. Staub's was an amazing find for a beautiful day.
Broasted chicken is the specialty of the house. It takes 20 minutes to cook---if you don't get there early you may have a long wait. I patiently waited for this beautiful chicken. Cruncy on the outside, very juicy and tender on the inside.
And how could I pass up ice cream? Thanks very much to the proprietors for this wonderful experience. Staub's is on my must-stop list for visits to Fort Robinson.
