Rodney Scott, the James Beard Award-winning chef known for his whole hog BBQ, has opened a restaurant in Atlanta. Of course, I had to visit.
My meal started with hush puppies.
The pork rinds are superb.
My pork and brisket were both sublime. The cornbread was a surprise star of the meal.
I topped off my meal with the best fried pie I've ever had. Kudos to Chef Scott and his team!
