After a transatlantic flight, I was ready for a hearty breakfast. Dutch Kitchen at Schipol has long been a favorite of mine. My omelet was hearty and the mini pancakes delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had my breakfast promptly and had plenty of time to make my connection. Thanks, folks!
