Crescent Moon is generally considered to have the best Reuben in Omaha. It also sits across the street from one of the legendary homes of the Reuben, the Blackstone Hotel. I of course had to try it. This is a great sandwich, full of flavor and great textural contrasts. The sandwich is also the right size for lunch, satisfying but not overstuffed. My salad was great, too. Folks Pizzeria was hopping when we arrived. A reservation was a very good idea. Dinner came off to a good start with a refreshing beverage. The bread was great and an indication of things to come. Both pizzas were spectacular in all categories: crust, sauce, cheese, toppings. Our desserts were equally spectacular. I particularly enjoyed the cheesecake with its touch of char on the top.
