Wei and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Sham Tseng Chan Kee. We picked it out from the sign on the street but were very impressed with the food.
Duck is the signature dish of the house and we really enjoyed our dish. The skin was very crispy and the meat was very moist and succulent. That's the head at the top of the plate.
Pork belly seems to grow on trees in Hong Kong so naturally we ordered a plate. It was equally succulent and delicious.
We ambitiously ordered a plate of shrimp and vegetables. I was too stuffed to try any.
