A road trip requires fuel. 402 BBQ on the south side of Omaha was the right restaurant at the right time. I drove through where the proprietor was very friendly and welcoming.
I sat in my car to enjoy my brisket. It was tender and moist. The sauce was great with a nice zip. Thank you!
