I made a quick and easy peanut sauce for my tofu using peanut butter and coconut milk. The result was pretty good and easier than grinding peanuts in the mixer. I am grateful.

Sous Vide Ribeye

I built a sous vide water bath and used it to cook a ribeye. You can see here my video on the water bath machine and the cooking process. I briefly fried it in a pan to add some color. The result was subtly delicious. I am grateful.

I had only a few minutes between flights at O'Hare. Luckily, Nuts on Clark came to the rescue. My bag of mixed nuts from their friendly crew was enough to get me to my destination. Thanks, folks!
