On The Road: Ole Fine Mexican Dining in Scottsbluff NE

Scottsbluff is a long drive from Lincoln. I was ready for a good dinner. The nice folks at Ole were there to welcome me.

I started with excellent, crunchy chips and salsa.

The green salsa was my favorite---lush flavors.

I haven't had fajitas for awhile and these hit the spot. That fine Nebraska beef is hard to beat. Thanks, folks!
